It starts with testing

EF’s testing suite is aligned to the internationally recognized Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR), and is the world’s first free standardized English test.

We carry out a needs analysis of the language requirements within your company to establish the target levels of different populations of your workforce. These target levels are then compared to the actual test results to establish the “language gap” – the difference of your staff’s current skills and where they need to get to.
